Today's "Great Song of the '70s, was tailor-made for the holiday by Stevie Wonder!

In November of 1979, he released his album, "Stevie Wonder's Journey Through the Secret Life of Plants," and the first single, "Send One Your Love," hit the charts just as the decade ended.

The song offers some sound Valentine advice with an arrangement that had music critics trying to figure out how such a sweet tune could be a hit with such an odd percussive background and lyrical structure.

But a hit it was! In fact, crossing over into 1980, "Send One Your Love" reached the Top 5 on THREE Billboard Charts: Adult Contemporary (#1 for 4 weeks), The Hot 100 (#4), and the Soul Chart (#5).

My advice for Valentine's Day? Take Stevie's advice and "Send One Your Love!
