Reunited (1979) 3/19/20

Musical Math Question: If you had 7 Peaches and only 1 Herb, how many hit records would you have?

Answer: Depends on the Peaches.

Herb Fame has worked with 7 different singers billed as "Peaches" over the years. By far, however, Peaches #3 (Linda Greene) was his most successful partner.

In addition to the disco classic "Shake Your Groove Thing," Herb and Linda had a monster "make up" ballad--Today's "Great Song of the '70s!"

In 1979, "Reunited" spent four weeks at #1 on two Billboard Charts: Top R&B Singles AND the Hot 100. It also went to #1 in Canada...and was a Top 10 hit in 5 other countries.

It sold over two million copies...and was nominated for "Song of the Year" at the 1980 Grammy Awards.

And that was just "Peachy" for everyone involved!
