Midnight at the Oasis 1/14/20

Here's how one record reviewer described this "Great Song of the '70s:" "So sensual and evocative, it's probably one of the most replayed songs of its era...and it may be responsible for the most pregnancies from (listening to) a record in the mid-70s."

In fact, the artist has said that countless fans have approached her with tales of...let's say..."romantic encounters" involving the song.

Yes, the lyrics are sensual and evocative...but at the same time, they're lighthearted and fun. The musical style is unique...and Maria Muldaur's voice is both distinctive and playful.

The song went to #2 in Canada and #6 in the U.S. with Billboard Magazine ranking it as the #13 song of 1974. It was also nominated for TWO Grammy Awards: Record of the Year and Song of the Year!

Send your camels to bed! It's "Midnight at the Oasis!"
