I'm heading back to the Disco for my next "Great Song of the '70s." Unless you were a dance club regular, this could be the first time you've ever heard it, but this song was another sure-fire floor-filler and at 130 beats per minute, it really got people sweating--in a good way! It only reached #29 on the Top 40...and #16 in Canada...but it has always been at the top of MY list of GREAT dance tunes.

Trivia: The bass player is G.E. Smith, who for many years was the band leader on SNL...and the first husband of Gilda Radner. From 1978: Dan Hartman! CRANK IT UP!
