A Little More Love - Olivia Newton-John (1978) 5/23/23

Post "Grease," Olivia Newton-John and her music took on a decidedly harder edge. In a way, her persona became more like Sandy at the end of the film: bolder, sexier and more playful.

Case in point: Today's "Great Song of 1978: "A Little More Love," from the album "Totally Hot." (Even the album title references the change!)

Olivia's fan base was growing, and "A Little More Love" gave it another boost...as it became a worldwide Top 10 hit.

Although it never reached #1 on any chart, it still became a Top 10 hit in 10 countries!

In the US and Canada, the song peaked in the Top 5 on both the Top 40 and Adult Contemporary Charts!
